Spider-Man 6' Classics Series 1 - 2002

The first series of the second series of Spider-Man Classics contained a lot of remolds and repaints of older figures. This series did have a decent selection of characters, which included two villains instead of one. Not a bad start. This series would have the newer style packaging, which was less fancy than those found on the older Spider-Man classics and the Marvel Legends.

Dr. Octopus

This Doctor Octopus is a repaint of the Dr. Octopus that was released a short time ago in the Spider Power series 2. The figure is a bit shorter than a lot of the Spider-men in this line, but doesn’t look too bad.

Lizard

This Lizard is a straight repaint of the one that was in the Web Force series of figures. Since the figure was a little bigger than most of the 5.5 inch figures, he fit in pretty well with the newer, larger figures being produced. He is not as detailed or articulated though. Still a decent figure.

Figure ability: None
Accessories: Trashcan lid, Trashcan

Magnetic Spider-Man

This Spider-Man variant is just a redone original Spider-Man from the first Spider-Man Classics series with a new head and a highly detailed figure base featuring J. Jonah Jameson. Not much else new here.

Web Splasher Spider-Man

This Spider-man is actually one of the older 5.5 inch figures repainted and re-released with an inflatable raft.
