Spider-Man Classics (Legends) series 2 - 2001

The second series of this line gave us a few more decent Spider-Man variants as well as Rhino and Daredevil. It also gave us the first chase figure, a yellow Daredevil. The chase tradition would continue throughout the Marvel Legends series. This was also the last series of this line. For some reason, Toybiz ended this Spider-Man Classics and started a new line with different packaging, but the same scale and detail level.

Battle Damaged Spider-Man

This Spider-Man variant would reuse a lot of the parts from the original Spider-Man from the first series of figures, but with a few parts replaced to show battle damage. This was a decent variant, as he did get his outfit ripped up from time to time. The figure comes with a nice detailed base featuring the Lizard

Classic Spider-Man

This Spider-Man variant is supposed to resemble his first appearance in Amazing Fantasy #15.

Daredevil

Daredevil would be an excellent addition to this line. Instead of 3 spider-men, it was nice to get a different character for a change. Daredevil uses a pretty skinny body type, and features all the articulation that one would expect from the line. This version is painted in his normal red outfit.

Rhino

Rhino would be the villain of this series. The figure is very well done, though not as articulated as some of the Spider-Man figures. The figure is larger than most of the other figures in the series, which adds to it. Since he is bigger, he is actually hollow inside, which makes him a lot lighter than one would expect.

Yellow Daredevil

Yellow costume Daredevil would be the chase figure of the series, and at first he would be very difficult to find. Later, he would become a lot more common. The figure itself is just a straight repaint of the normal Daredevil into his original yellow costume.
