Punisher

The Punisher would be one of those heroes who didn't fit too well in a lot of figure lines. He got a few figures in the Marvel Superheroes line as well as a few in the Spider-Man lines. The figures in the Spider-Man lines were excellent likenesses of him.

Punisher

Marvel Super Heroes Series 1 - 1990

Marvel Super Heroes Series 4 - 1991

I'm not sure why the Punisher is smiling, but he is. This figure has a similar sculpt to the Captain America and Daredevil figures. He also comes with the most accessories in the line.

Figure ability: Cap firing weapons
Accessories: Rifle, Machine gun, Assault rifle, Handgun

Punisher II

Marvel Super Heroes Series 2 - 1990

This Punisher is an improvement over the previous release. He looks a little tougher than the first one did. He does come with the same accessories though.

Figure ability: Machine gun sounds
Accessories: None

Marvel Super Heroes Series 5 - 1991

This is the same as the second Punisher, but has a plastic trench coat similar to the first Gambit figure.

Figure ability: Cap firing weapons
Accessories: Rifle, Machine gun, Handgun, Assault rifle

Spider-Man Series 5 - 1995

Miscellaneous Series Marvel's Classic Super Heroes - 2003

This is the best Punisher figure that was made in the 5 inch scale. The articulation is great and the figure sculpt is an exact likeness, and even has the angry look on his face. He comes with a lot of accessories, thought I expected more guns. I had trouble getting his knife into his boot though.

Figure ability: Immobilizing arsenal
Accessories: Projectile, Gun, Pin, Knife, Shoulder straps, Projectile, Headset

Spider-Man Monster Mayhem - 1998

A repaint of the Punisher figure from Series 5 with a cloth trench coat. The figure was painted to closer resemble the way he appeared in the 90's animated series.

Figure ability: None
Accessories: Knife, Coat

Punisher

Marvel Legends Series 4 - 2003

The Punisher is another figure that was awaited by collectors. The figure like the others is very detailed and well articulated. He could have come with more firearms though, as his initial pictures showed him with a lot more. His base is a broken down fire escape that he can stand on. This is one of the cooler figures in the line. Unfortunately, he would be packed pretty heavily among cases and would end up warming the pegs for quite awhile.

Figure ability: Articulation
Accessories: Handgun, Base wall, Base bottom, Fire escape pieces x4, Assault rifle

Punisher

Marvel Legends Urban Legends Box Set - 2003

This Punisher was almost the same as the normal series 4 release, except with a new paint job and a new angrier head sculpt. He also features a cloth trench coat and some new weapons, like an assault rifle and a rocket launcher.

Figure ability: Articulation
Accessories: Bazooka, Coat

Punisher (Movie Ver.)

Marvel Legends Series 6 - 2004

This is the movie version of the Punisher. The figure is ok, but is probably the one that till be on the pegs the longest. The figure does come with a large arsenal of weapons and a nice leather trench coat that is actually a reused Blade trench coat. For some reason, this Punisher and Wolverine would be backed very heavily in a case, leaving him on the pegs for a long time.

Figure ability: Articulation
Accessories: Assault rifle, Figure base, Bazooka, Coat, Handgun
