Iceman

Iceman would see several figures in the series, most of which were pretty good. Each figure that came out seemed to be bigger than the previous figures. A lot of the Iceman figures would be made of a clear plastic to give him more of an icy look.

Iceman

X-Men Series 2 - 1992

Marvel Hall of Fame Series 3 - 1996

X-Men Kay-Bee Series 2 - 1998

The first Iceman figure was made from clear white plastic to give him an icy appearance. There were actually two versions of this figure. The original one had paint on him that when you put him in the freezer, icicles would show up on his body. The stopped using this idea though, because the plastics and paints involved made the figure very brittle when he was cold. The second version is simply clear plastic with no color changing action. How his icesled power worked was there was a rectangle hole that you put Iceman's feet in. You filled the small rectangle up with water and put him in the freezer. When the water froze, you took Iceman off the sled and his feet would be in a small block of ice. You could slide him around on the floor this way.

Figure ability: Ice sled action
Accessories: Ice sled

X-Men Repaints - 1993

The only difference than the series 2 Iceman is that this one is made from a clear light blue plastic instead of the clear white plastic.

Iceman II

X-Men Invasion - 1995

Marvel Universe '96 Series 3 - 1996

This is a new Iceman with a bulkier look based on the newer appearance he had in the comics at the time. He came with larger Ice-limbs that could be attached to his arms to give him bigger hands like he did in the comics a few times. He has a switch in his back to move a chunk of ice up and down and doesn't really do much besides that.

Figure ability: Extending ice limbs
Accessories: Ice hand, Ice hand

Age of Apocalypse Iceman

X-Men Mutant Armor - 1996

This Iceman is a repaint of the Invasion series Iceman. The main difference is that this Iceman was molded from a clear dark blue plastic and the head was resculpted to look more like he did in the Age of Apocalypse. Iceman also comes with new ice-limbs, a large hand and a spike. There are also ice chunks to attach to his feet which make him a bit taller.

Figure ability: Snap on ice limbs
Accessories: Ice feet x2, Ice hand, Ice spike

Ultimate Iceman

X-Men Water Wars - 1997

This is another version of the Age of Apocalypse Iceman, and is even bigger than the previous version. This time the figure is an all new sculpt but it is meant to simulate the extent of the character's powers. Because of this, he's not real articulated since he doesn't have any legs just a larger ice base. His arms can move some and his head can turn. They way this is sculpted does not leave much room for articulation although it is very well done. He has 2 ways of squirting water through the figure itself and through the small water pump that can shoot an ice spike from his chest.

Figure ability: Squirting water action
Accessories: Water pump, Ice spike, Ice bacelets x2, Ice chest plate

X-Men Original Members Boxed Set - 1998

This Iceman is his classic look from the early comics, when he was drawn more like a snowman. He's made out of semi clear plastic and looks as if he is made of ice. He has ball joint articulation in his arms as well and is very detailed. He is a little taller than most of the figures in the X-Men line though. The iceballs he comes with cannot be removed from his hands.

Miscellaneous Series Fire and Ice - 1999

This Iceman is a straight repaint of the Age of Apocalypse Iceman from the Mutant Armor series. The figure is done in a very shiny blue, which makes this figure almost look better than the original.
